Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Burlington Roofing by entering a mobile telephone number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox on our website.

Text messages may relate to an estimate request, inspection request, scheduling or confirmation of an inspection, questions concerning the property or requested service, preparation of a proposal, or other communications directly related to services requested from Burlington Roofing.

Website Estimate Terms

Preliminary Estimates

Any price or price range generated through the Burlington Roofing website is a preliminary estimate only.

Online estimates may use aerial imagery, third-party property data, measurements, assumptions, customer-provided information, and other estimating tools. Actual roof dimensions, roof pitch, roof layers, decking condition, flashing requirements, accessibility, material requirements, structural conditions, code requirements, and other job conditions may differ from information available online.

An online estimate is not a final quote, offer, contract, or guarantee of price.

Final pricing will be determined after appropriate property verification or inspection and will be provided in a separate written proposal or contract.

If there is any difference between an online estimate and a subsequently issued written proposal or contract, the written proposal or contract controls.

Inspection Requests

Submitting a request for an inspection indicates that you would like Burlington Roofing to evaluate the exterior roofing and/or gutter conditions at the property identified in your request.

By requesting an inspection, you represent that you are the property owner or otherwise have authority to request an inspection of the property.

When Burlington Roofing confirms an exterior inspection, you authorize our representatives to reasonably access exterior portions of the property necessary to inspect the roof, gutters, flashing, penetrations, exterior conditions, and related components.

You generally do not need to be present for an exterior inspection.

Burlington Roofing will not enter the interior of the home, enter locked buildings, open locked gates, or access restricted areas without separate permission.

Pets, locked gates, unsafe conditions, or other access restrictions may require the inspection to be rescheduled.

No Contract Created by Website Submission

Submitting an estimate request, inspection request, contact form, or other website form does not by itself create a home improvement contract or obligate either party to proceed with work.

Any actual roofing, gutter, repair, or home improvement work will be governed by a separate written agreement between the customer and HOW 2 RENOVATE LLC, doing business as Burlington Roofing, as applicable.
